*Okeite Support Group Adopts Mbah,others, inaugurate over 2000 members across Greater Awgu

philanthropist, business tycoon and political figure, High Chief Sir Stephen Chukwuezeora (Okeite), has officially declared his total support for the re-election bid of President Tinubu, Governor Peter Mbah, Sen. Osita Ngwu, Prince Ugochukwu Nwanjoku, and others, for championing visible development across Enugu State.
In a significant political move, High Chief Chukwuezeora has announced his commitment to governance using his popular support group known as Okeite Support Group ( OSG) .While expressing his loyalty to the party's decision on the choice of the candidate to represent the people of Greater Awgu, DG Okeite Support Group insisted that the withdrawal of his ambition for the position of Member representing Aninri/Awgu/Oji River Federal Constituency, was to support the decision of the governor as the leader of the party in the state,while collapsing his political structure to support the continuity of the current leadership and for the ongoing developmental initiative,he noted that party is supreme despite whoever is involved.
Speaking during the inauguration of his support group leaders and members, the respected APC stalwart Okeite, noted that his decision was inspired by the remarkable transformation being witnessed across Enugu State under Governor Peter Mbah’s administration, as well as the purposeful representation and grassroots-oriented leadership demonstrated by Senator Osita Ngwu and Prince Ugochukwu Nwanjoku and others down the party line.
According to him, the giant strides in infrastructure, human capital development, road construction, security, youth empowerment, economic reforms and rural transformation align with his personal vision and intentions for venturing into politics which is centered on service to humanity and community advancement as his support group demands his active involvement in large platform for greater service to the people.
High Chief Chukwuezeora emphasized that as a loyal and faithful member of the ruling APC, he remains committed to respecting the principles of party supremacy, unity and internal democracy, stressing that personal ambition should never override collective progress and stability.
At the event held at his country home Ezinesi Oduma Aninri LGA, High Chief Chukwuezeora mobilized his supporters and political associates in thousands across Greater Awgu to officially witness the inauguration and unveiling of his new decision and urge members to queue behind Governor Peter Mbah and other leaders working tirelessly for the development of the state, spreading the good news across polling units,wards and local government level.
The gathering witnessed massive celebration as party faithfuls, stakeholders, youths and women groups applauded his decision with cultural dances, solidarity songs and resounding ovations.
The atmosphere was filled with excitement as many described the move as a demonstration of wisdom, loyalty and political maturity in the interest of peace, unity and continuity in governance.
Several stakeholders who spoke at the event commended High Chief Chukwuezeora for placing the collective interest of the people above personal ambition, noting that his support would further strengthen the growing political harmony and developmental drive across Aninri, Awgu and Oji River Federal Constituency.
He further stated that this is a critical moment for political stakeholders and well-meaning citizens to unite in strengthening good governance, sustaining development and supporting leaders who have demonstrated capacity, competence and genuine concern for the people.
He called on his supporters, political associates and the people of Aninri, Awgu and Oji River Federal Constituency to rally behind Governor Mbah and other endorsed leaders to consolidate the gains already recorded across the state.

The declaration has continued to generate reactions across political circles, with many describing the move as a bold demonstration of political maturity, loyalty and statesmanship geared towards sustaining the developmental momentum in Enugu State.Both the inaugurated polling unit, ward and local government coordinators assured of delivery beyond the high hopes of the Director General for the sustenance of internal democracy in the party.
Expressing delight for standing by the party, the APC chairman of Aninri Chief Afam Christian Okafor and his counterpart in Awgu and Oji River applauded the philanthropic nature of Chief Stephen Chukwuezeora(Okeite) and assured of the party's partnership with his support group.
The Coordinator of the group in Aninri Hon Ekpete Nicholas Obinna commended the political decision to support all the leaders noting that Okeite support group has come to stay and will leave no stone unturned to ensure victory ahead of the 2027 election.
