“We Will Vote Based on Individual Capacity, Not Party” — Ndi Aninri Rally Behind Nwanjoku Over Infrastructure, Cottage Hospital
ANINRI, ENUGU STATE — Ahead of the next local government election, voices from across Aninri Local Government Area are increasingly praising the infrastructure-focused leadership of the Executive Chairman, Hon. Ugochukwu Nwanjoku, with some residents declaring that his individual performance will influence their voting decisions.
According to supporters of the chairman, the decision to support Nwanjoku will not be based solely on political party affiliation, but on what they describe as his visible contributions to the development of Aninri.
“We will vote based on individual capacity, not party. Nwanjoku has done well in infrastructure; we will vote for him,” some residents reportedly said.
One of the projects frequently highlighted by his supporters is the cottage hospital, which they describe as an important investment in healthcare infrastructure and a demonstration of the administration's commitment to improving access to basic medical services within the local government.
Beyond healthcare, supporters also point to other infrastructure and development initiatives undertaken during Nwanjoku's tenure. They argue that projects that directly affect communities should be a major consideration when residents assess the performance of any political office holder.
