AS the political climate is turbocharged ahead of the local government election in enugu state, The voice of the masses news and media website has expressed dissatisfaction with the resurrection of anti-democratic and expired idea of zoning, equity mentality that dominate political discussion in enugu by some miscalculated analyst based on their interest.
The news and media website disagrees with equity and zoning as a guiding compass to the forth coming local government bye elections,
ratther opt for Credibility, capacity and integrity, For enugu state to move forward. Zoning against capacity should be disregarded.
The CEO of the news and media website comrade onyeabor chisom justice who in a statement made available to the press berated zoning and equity proponents, emphasised the need for various political gladiators to rise to the tasks of nation building by thrashing the idea of imposition of mediocre—incompetent, abrasive, haughty and sellouts—an unfortunate trappings that come with zoning and equity as political candidates in the electoral process.
According to onyeabor, pushing the zoning idea is tantamount to truncating the lofty dreams of our founding fathers—building egalitarian society where love and justice take precedence over other ideals.
